From Pro Athlete
to Personal Trainer
Sport has always been my life. I’ve played for eight professional clubs, including Rangers, West Brom, and Edinburgh City, and represented Scotland at U16 and U17 levels. My passion for fitness started at 12, learning from top sports scientists at Rangers, where I saw firsthand how strength, speed, recovery, and nutrition impact performance.
Now a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I’m offering 1-1 coaching to help people improve their performance, health, and confidence—whether for sport or everyday life. Fitness isn’t just about strength; it enhances longevity, cognitive function, and mental well-being.
