Includes one singular 1-1 session for 50 minutes. With a workout designated to you and your goals. With expert guidance from me throughout the session. Each session also includes nutrition and training advice to take away and improve on your own.

Weekly 50-minute 1-1 sessions for 4 or 8 weeks, tailored to your goals with expert guidance. Includes a custom app workout program, weekly check-ins, daily support, and all benefits of the Single Session.

Note: this requires a signed contract committing to the 4 weeks, however payment does not need to be paid at once.
